About us

Quotes

Quotes are free, in writing and valid for 30 days. They are based on the information and photos you provide. If the job turns out to be materially different on the day, we will agree any change with you in writing before continuing.

Bookings

Online bookings are requests. Your booking is confirmed once we have contacted you and agreed a date, time and price.

Deposits and payment

Smaller jobs are paid on completion. Larger jobs may require a deposit for materials, shown on the quote. Invoices are due within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.

Changes to the job

Any extra work you ask for on the day is quoted and agreed before it starts.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. If materials have already been ordered for your job, we may need to charge for them.

Weather

Outdoor work may be rescheduled for safety in wet or windy weather, at no cost to you.

Access and site

Please make sure we have safe access to the work area, an outside tap for cleaning jobs, and that cars and valuables are moved where needed.

Our workmanship

If something we did is not right, contact us and we will inspect it and put it right. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What we do not do

We do not carry out plumbing, electrical or structural building work that requires a licensed tradesperson or registered builder (minor fixes such as tap washers are fine). Where that is needed, we will tell you.
