How often should a roof be cleaned?
Most Melbourne roofs benefit from a clean every few years, and more often if you have trees overhead or a shaded side of the house.
Is roof cleaning the same as a restoration?
No. Cleaning removes growth and dirt. A restoration adds repairs, re-pointing and coating. Often a clean is all a roof needs, and we will tell you if it is not.
What if you find damage up there?
We stop, take photos and show you before doing anything else. No surprise extras on the invoice.
