What we do
Property care, handled by one company.
Ascend Property Services looks after Melbourne homes and rentals: cleaning, fencing, flooring, carpentry and repairs, handled by one company with one standard.
We look after the outside and the fabric of a property: driveways, roofs and gutters kept clean, fences built and repaired, floors laid, decks and repairs sorted. Homeowners use us to keep on top of maintenance, landlords use us to keep rentals in shape, and sellers use us to get a property ready for photos and inspections.

Amin Sadouni
Founder · around 9 years of hands-on property work
Ascend was founded by Amin Sadouni, who has spent around nine years doing hands-on property work in Dubai, Iran, the United States and now Melbourne. Fencing, floors, roofs, gutters, decks, cleaning and repairs, on just about every kind of property.
Working across different countries taught him that good work looks the same everywhere: posts set properly, floors laid flat, a driveway cleaned evenly rather than in stripes, and a site left tidier than it was found.
Ascend was built to bring that standard to Melbourne as a proper company, based in Craigieburn and working across the city, with systems that stay the same on every job: written quotes, clear communication, photos on completion and a tidy finish.
