We look at your details and photos and contact you the way you asked: call, text or email. If we need to see the job in person, we arrange a time that suits you. You then get a written quote.

Payment details are on your invoice, and smaller jobs are paid on completion. Larger jobs like fencing or flooring may need a deposit for materials, which is always shown on your quote first.

Yes. Gutter, roof and pressure cleaning can be booked on our booking page. Choose the service and a preferred day, and we confirm the time and price by text before anything is locked in.

Roof, gutter and pressure cleaning depend on the weather. If it is not safe, we move your job to the next suitable day at no cost.

Not for most outdoor jobs. We just need access, and we send photos when we are done.

We are based in Craigieburn and work across Melbourne, especially the northern and western suburbs, plus the east, inner city and south-east. Use the suburb checker on our Service Areas page, or put your suburb in the quote form and we will confirm.

From a single gutter clean or fence repair through to full new fences, floors and decks. For major structural work that needs a registered builder, we will point you in the right direction.

Yes. For fencing, flooring and carpentry we can supply quality materials, or use materials you have already bought.

Yes. We can arrange access with tenants, send photo reports after each job and invoice the owner or agency directly.
